I still don't know if the panel scheldule is out yet....Last time I checked it wasn't..............I have to make sure nothing conflicts with anything super important before making a final decision....*takes off smart glasses* |

Ugh, lucky thats all you have to do. I have to make two knives, mold kindle and paint a necklace, buy an overshirt, get a blue tie, cut and dye my hair, cut someone elses hair, get a knapsack, and lots of salt, and a rosary. TT.TT

The panel schedule is out for FAN panels. The schedule is at [url]http://zerox20.net/acen/files/2011%20fan%20panel%20schedule-final.pdf[/url]. If you read the first right page, it has an update from 4/25 that says that it is, indeed, final.
The schedule for official panels isn't out yet, so there's no way to know if we'll conflict with anything there. I think that as long as we do it in the morning (before noon), we should be safe. Is there a time/place setup yet? We should really get a meetup event created with that information finalized, I'll bring cookies! |

Julian I liked your idea, with the chairs and tables. I THINK I remember where you're talking about, because there was a large empty space outside the fighting ring in the Vendors hall sunday... but IDK if we're thinking the same place. |

Posted 9:43 AM 5/11/2011 I don't think that we are thinking of the same place. I think that the statue next to the escalator makes more sense, since it won't be moving. Or, really, any area that is definitely fixed. The tabled area is likely to be there, but it's entirely possible that MAPS could decide not to utilize that space the same way. |
